There are peak season for game centers which require management adjustment on equipments, employees, promotions, activities, outreaches and so on. For example, as the business hours goes longer, so are the machines’ working hours. The staffs, too, work longer and harder. In other words, both machines and men are overloaded. As a result, there may be problems on:

    Game Machines
After the overloaded operation in peak season, game machines and the parts inside them are suffering from wearing, dust, static and heat, which require timely inspection and repair in order to prevent further damage which is a loss for the game center.

    Employees
Especially those new ones, employees are tense and fatigue after the peak season. However, they become slack soon as the peak is gone. That is to say, their attitude and service may not be as good as before, which is bad for the credit and profit of the game center. Also, negative emotion may even drive them to quit the job. That is one of the reasons why turnover is high in game centers.

Therefore, game center owners have to plan ahead or at least act late than never. After the peak season, it is time for game center owners to shift their focus to staff training, both technically and mentally, as well as inspection and repair for all facilities in order to get things ready for the next peak season.
